Pastor Quincy Barnwell, M. Div.
Our Pastor
Pastor Quincy Barnwell was born and raised in Lithonia, GA. He graduated from Lithonia High School in 1997 and attended Valdosta State University and completed his undergraduate degree at Georgia State University in 2003. He gave his life to Christ in 1998. On April 2, 2005 he married Erika Barnwell and they have two active boys who keep them on their feet, Quincy II and Caleb.
Our Pastor was brought up in the church. He had no choice whether he was going to go to church or not. It was no such thing as him staying home on a Sunday. He is a 3rd generation PK (“Preacher's kid”). Pastor Quincy Barnwell has served in many ministries in the church. As a child he was involved in children and youth choirs as well as Sunday school. He has been faithfully playing the organ and keyboard since he was 12 years old. In addition, he has served in music ministry, youth ministry, evangelism ministry and jail ministry.
In 2009, God laid upon Pastor Quincy’s heart to plant a church to reach people who were far from God and lead them to a personal knowledge and relationship with Jesus Christ. Pastor Quincy Barnwell is the Senior Pastor and Founder for the Grace Christian Church. On August 9, 2009 the Grace Christian Church held their first service.
